An Over-hyped Wiki
What do you like best? Its integration with JIRA is useful and the search feature is solid (though unfortunately required to find things. What do you dislike? The UI isn't that great. For such a hyped company Atlassian has done little to make any of their products, including Confluence, user-friendly. Navigating spaces is a pain. Their mobile app is useless. Confluence AKA The Lost Library
What do you like best? Confluence is a great way to do professional group collaboration and to share information throughout a workplace. The versioning features and options to merge if multiple people are working on a page work well and make it easy to recover work or see previous changes. Excellent tool to optimize your team performance
What do you like best? Ease of use. Very easy to publish and organizae all information in one portal. Can work remotely. What do you dislike? Not that I can think of anything top ogf my head. Very usefull tool. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Colloborating with our partners from acroos the country. This has given us the ease of working togther virtually.

Good, but with its share of flaws.
What do you like best? I like how easy it is to create pages as well as the deep search functions that can find search terms in attached documents. What do you dislike? I dislike how difficult it is to edit tables - it is nearly impossible to format cells on a table without resorting to custom code. Useful wiki for teams
What do you like best? Gather all hints, tips, work arounds and how-tos in an easy to search and edit repository. Great collaboration tools too. What do you dislike? Can be a bit hard to configure and use then more sophisticated features. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Gathering all the information about complex software projects in one place.

Neutral toward Confluence
What do you like best? I like the search function. It's predictive search is great. What do you dislike? I dislike how many places there are to do the same thing. It makes it a bit confusing to get where you want to go. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It's great for tracking bugs, the status and work being done on them. It's beneficial to have several contributors be able to access the info.
