What do you like best? Ease of use. Very easy to publish and organizae all information in one portal. Can work remotely. What do you dislike? Not that I can think of anything top ogf my head. I dislike how difficult it is to edit tables - it is nearly impossible to format cells on a table without resorting to custom code. It's great for tracking bugs, the status and work being done on them. It's beneficial to have several contributors be able to access the info.
