Confluence offers many tools and features. Sometimes I wish there were less as I can get lost in the features very easily. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Documentation, instructions, etc. Most of the time we are documenting how to ...

The Only Wiki I Use
What do you like best? Confluence is feature packed yet easy to use. It tightly integrates with other Atlassian products such as Jira. What do you dislike? When things get complicated, Confluence sometimes does too much to try and solve a problem with a GUI that could be easily resolved with a markup language. You can structure your documentation any way you like, but that feels a bit too "loose". I'd rather have a little more guidance or even restriction to get my company's ...

Great for creating a knowledge base
What do you like best? Easy to use and has security settings to limit who can view which parts. There is also an option to write comments and @people to ask questions and clarify information on the page. What do you dislike? It could use a calendar add-on. We currently create manual calendars. We also have a hard time with the search. Its intuitive for pages you've already visited but harder to search through a knowledge base that has existed for many years. Recommendations to ...

Our company likes the ability to create different site pages for customers and organize the pages as trees. What do you dislike? Confluence doesn't have a very engaging interface. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great for knowledge sharing. Instead of asking another co-worker who may not be available as they are in the ...

confulence
What do you like best? I like how things are categorized and organized neatly so that I can always find the information that I need quickly and easily. What do you dislike? sometimes there seems to be no hierarchy between information so I need to browse from folders to folders to find the headings that I need to open. Recommendations to others considering the product It is easy to use, but I recommend you to skim through the headings of folders at the beginning so that you can click ...
