Confluence
What do you like best? It is easy to find general information and documents relating to the company. Confluence is a fun word to say. What do you dislike? It looks rather boring. Seems to be designed more for engineers and business types than for creatives. Recommendations to others considering the product It does what it needs to do. It keeps things well organized within a large company with hundreds of employees. What business problems are you solving with the product? What ...

Tech company tool

The best of the best!
What do you like best? I like that it helps to centralise all the information of our multiple projects. It is easy to use and it is perfect to track the evolution of specific cases internally. I find the look n' feel of the interface a bit old fashion and poor. Recommendations to others considering the product Confluence is great for us ...

Great standalone wiki but an even better companion to any other Atlassian product
What do you like best? The integration available with the rest of the Atlassian suite is hard to pass-up. It's easy to link your development ticket back to documentation in the wiki or spawn HipChat discussions directly from links in the wiki. The permission system allows for a powerful delegation opportunity, which empowers different teams to 'run wild' with their own space within the wiki. What do you dislike? My Confluence wiki looks like everyone else's Confluence wiki! The ...

Great collaborative experience
What do you like best? It's great for collaborating with several people, all in different offices and time zones. Also good for creating a large database of different documents easily organized. What do you dislike? I wish it was integrated with other applications such as salesforce (and it might be, just not in my system version. And sometimes it doesn't seem very user friendly to me. Recommendations to others considering the product Set it up correctly and it'll be perfect for ...
