What do you like best? I like that for engineers who understand it it works great and that it has a lot of plug ins and can help departments individually. What do you dislike? What do you like best? I like that it helps to centralise all the information of our multiple projects. It is easy to use and it is perfect to track the evolution of specific cases internally.
