Powerful Wiki
What do you like best? Confluence is a great tool for documenting project requirements, meetings, and progress reports. Confluence can be a simple out-of-the-box solution or you can add on a number of plug-ins to improve what you need. What do you dislike? Uploading files to confluence is clunky and not user friendly. The files that are uploaded can be added in-line, but it does not look good. I believe that Confluence could greatly improve this functionality to better integrate ...

A useful wiki tool for meeting notes and project requirements
What do you like best? This tool is very customizable and easily shareable. It gives you a great deal of flexibility in creating the pages and their links together. What do you dislike? The customization options are great to enter in content but there is little flexibility in how it looks and feels. Works as official public documentation, but really shines as an informal internal
What do you like best? Very easy to set up and start using. We use it within our department to document anything. What do you dislike? Search functionality is not bad, but could be better. I miss some of the markdown features that used to exist. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Confluence has significantly improved our documentation and communication.

Terrific medium for collaboration
What do you like best? Ease of use and simple effectiveness of Confluence makes it the choice for team collaboration. Integration with the Jira environment, no surprise there, makes it yet stronger. What do you dislike? Not sure I have any dislikes at present. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Confluence to build communication, to work out opinions, find/resolve issues. The benefit is immediate and irrefutable.

Useful but not essential
What do you like best? I like that my organization has adopted Confluence as a central repository of information on technical processes. What do you dislike? It doesn't do much more for us than an intranet or Google Site. The utility of tracking JIRA data is a nice feature, but it isn't key. Recommendations to others considering the product Seems like a natural fit if you're already usijg JIRA. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you ...
