Well organized, easy to use

What do you like best? I use confluence on a daily basis to brush up on tasks and update procedures as needed. I've never had to hunt for a help page or FAQ. What do you dislike? What do you like best? Once everything is set up it is very user friendly especially when it comes to creating documents and sharing them with team members without having to create a .doc file and emailing it to everyone. Scattered and cumbersome

What do you like best? Confluence is a very robust tool. There are many useful integrations and abilities. What do you dislike? Confluence is not very mobile and on the go friendly. It also very hard to search. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It is a large repository of information - everyone uses it and it holds history well.

What do you like best? I like the interface which allows easy collaboration between team members. What do you dislike? Nothing! I like it this way. Convenient and simple. What do you like best? My favorite part about confluence is that I'm able to add any type of content to a page and customize the layout. What do you dislike?
