Help Docs that really help!
What do you like best? Can create detailed step-by-step guides even if you are not a pro web-designer but have an idea how should look to be understood by new users. Use not only text and bullets lists, but embed screenshots and video-guides for engaging "how to" stories. Can easily link to an email and share with a user so that he can go further and find more options, as I can sequence articles. What do you dislike? Well, it is not a true website and there is no an option to ...

Great Service for Collaboration
What do you like best? We were having issues with collaborating with multiple remote employees, and confluence has been a godsend. It's great to have all of our collaborative content in one place. I particularly love that I can give feedback on my phone while on my morning commute. What do you dislike? It's a little expensive and confusing at first, but after getting familiar with the environment I no longer have these issues. Recommendations to others considering the product I ...

The Best Collaboration Platform Available!
What do you like best? Confluence is excellent platform for centralizing data, notes, files, web pages, etc, for large research groups. It allows users to add content and create spaces for sub-groups within a larger organization. A user is able to set meeting agendas and tasks and then send out meeting notes. What do you dislike? At first, Confluence can be very intimidating as it has a lot of features with not a lot of documentation that is built for the novice. While Confluence has ...

Recommendations to others considering the product Confluence is vital to the way that I share information with my team. What business problems are you solving with the product? Great Collaboration Space
What do you like best? Confluence is a great tool for teams to utilize when working on team projects and cross-functional workstreams. My favorite feature is the tagging feature. This allows particiapants to notify any key players when there is a task or point they should be aware of. What do you dislike? Confluence has so many features and options to be used to satisfy the needs of any project style, which is great. However, this also means there is a great amount of training and ...

Seems like the standard these days for wikis
What do you like best? Good for collaboration. Easy to do simple wiki pages. What do you dislike? Permissioning is tricky when there are nested permissions between child and parent pages. Wish there were better options for creating nicer-looking pages. Also wish there were better spreadsheet handling options. Recommendations to others considering the product Great for simple wiki creation and collaboration. Not great for complex document creation. Spreadsheet/table ...
