Very easy to use and links to JIRA for easy tracking

Have been using confluence as a project wiki

What do you like best? Ease of use, Integration with other atlassian products. What do you dislike? Licensing cost of the product seems to be a bit on the higher side. What do you like best? connectivity with jira , ease of use, ease of customization , plenty of add-ons What do you dislike? nothing special, upgrades are not easy if you are using the on-premise version , price can become expensive for some usage scenarios Recommendations to others considering the product go for it What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The multi author, social aspects of the system mean you can create more engaging content that through typical online help guides that address the issues raised by users, It's versioning and menues are simple. All round it's just easy to use. What do you dislike? Bit of a pain to install and maintain, but worth it overall. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? It's a great resource, easy to use and can be accessed from anywhere which is ideal for working from home or working remotely. If I can't easily ask questions of my team, there's a 99% chance I can find the answer in our Confluence documents. What do you dislike? The site in general could be more organized. What do you like best? The ability to quickly visualize all the current projects on going, any changes being made.
