reasonable tool for sharing info, knowledge base etc
What do you like best? relatively easy to get up to speed with. good for sharing knowledge base articles and tips. Easy to see who had accessed stuff. What do you dislike? can be hard to find what you want at times. too many features available and we only use a few. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? good for collaboration and sharing

Robust and extensible
What do you like best? The best part about Confluence is the different plugins available from both Atlassian and third parties. Confluence is best thought of as a platform. What do you dislike? Lots of options, needs learning curve
What do you like best? There are options to do just about anything you need. It's a nice place to store collective knowledge. I like that you can upload documents or just type the info right into the site. I guess, that's mostly it, there are a lot of features. What do you dislike? There is a lot to learn and it can be daunting. Also, it is a little hard to hyperlink things in the text of the page you are making. Excellent place for project documentation and team dashboards
What do you like best? Easy to use and very robust gadgets you can use out of the box. Easy to publish the page after you have made updates. Easy to access in combination with JIRA software. What do you dislike? Not able to allow all company members to access it unless they have a specific license, used to be able to have view only access as long as you had a JIRA license. Vast amount of built in macros to provide various info to different audiences.
What do you like best? High configurability of the various Spaces and subsequent pages. What do you dislike? Getting to know everything which can be done, and best practices for setting them up. Recommendations to others considering the product Lots of tools to work with; works great with JIRA. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Providing internal documentation across departments.

Excellent software to organize project planning and execution
What do you like best? The flexibility of the tool in tweaking and creating the templates to meet business requirements. What do you dislike? It can be overwhelming for new users at times, but as long as proper expertise is available internally it shouldn't be a problem. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Focusing on project documentation and transition into execution.

Very hard to find anything
What do you like best? Great way to create and publish documentation in a cloud setting. What do you dislike? Very hard to find what you need. Working in a large company, there are so many directories and folders, sub folders, that it can get very hard to find something unless you have a direct link. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Cloud documentation for ease of use, version control, and collaboration.

One Tool to Rule them All
What do you like best? Confluence is VERY open. I am able to upload images, videos, embed links, create tasks from an epic, the dynamic nature of Confluence allows me to convey any message to anyone, all in one place. What do you dislike? My only dislike is also my favorite part. Confluence can be so Dynamic, that training someone to use Confluence for the first time is daunting.
