Great tool for projects
What do you like best? Confluence reduces holding several documentation in various folders. I have organize my task's stories for each of the projects linked to the folders within JIRA. Every folder/story has a structure content, plus stories are accessible to everyone in the team. My team members know exactly where to look for when they need information on specific tasks. Also, new members are able to see the documentations about a task right out of box and learn the requirement . What ...

Asynchronous communication for win
What do you like best? Inline comments are amazing, they are a great collaborative tool for many teammates review and share thought in pages. What do you dislike? We also hold all our training documents, as well as archive meeting notes and videos here. Several teams also use Confluence to hold documentation about complex processes or workflows ...

Great Documentation and Collaboration Platform
What do you like best? This software allows you to collaborate on documentation and set tasks or "watch" documents that get updated. You can also allow anonymous access to pages that you decide in order to give visibility to other areas of the company where a license might not be needed or make sense. What do you dislike? I am not a huge fan of the user interface as it seems a bit boring. The core features are great but sometimes you'll need to buy a third party plugin (example: ...

Good Document Repo
What do you like best? It's an easy way to consolidate documents/changelogs/documentation etc. The document tree is useful and the pages are easily modified via html. What do you dislike? It's tedious to use. I find I prefer making documentation in Google Drive and copying it over to Confluence, which defeats the purpose a bit. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Document and plan consolidation.
