What do you like best? The fact that you can ask questions to a large group, but tag a specific person. What do you dislike? I don't like how you can't hashtag a certain word or phrase. What do you like best? I like how Confluence is linked to JIRA. It's great. What do you dislike? I dislike how we had to remove every document we uploaded because Confluence is not supposed to house documents apparently. What do you like best? The ability to make lightning fast searches across the board is just breathtaking! I also love the organization of the product to easily locate what you are looking for at any given moment.
