What do you like best? Ability to easily design pages to meet your needs. What do you dislike? Limited licensing options - wish there were tiered functionality levels for licenses. Recommendations to others considering the product Best used as a knowledgebase/wiki - don't try to use it as a project management tool. What business problems are you solving with the product? What do you like best? The fact that you can ask questions to a large group, but tag a specific person. What do you dislike? I don't like how you can't hashtag a certain word or phrase. Great way to share your team members roles and backlogs
What do you like best? I like how Confluence is linked to JIRA. It's great. What do you dislike? I dislike how we had to remove every document we uploaded because Confluence is not supposed to house documents apparently. Really good information and knowledge base management tool
What do you like best? The ability to make lightning fast searches across the board is just breathtaking! I also love the organization of the product to easily locate what you are looking for at any given moment.
