A platform to maintain documents within an organization
What do you like best? It's a part of the jira platform. All teams can maintain the technical documents. Markdown support. What do you dislike? Searching for documents is not easy, using some macros/plugins. Easy to use and collaborate with the team
What do you like best? We used google drive and other products to share the files and document our process. We were recommended Confluence by one of our business partner and we switched to Confluence recently. So far, its we find it easy to document whatever we want. Ease communication across teams
What do you like best? It helps ease communication between Technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. What do you dislike? The only thing I don't like is the placement of tabs. Confluence is a great application for Project Space
What do you like best? I like how I can create a project space based on my needs, and then customize the space. What do you dislike? There are not many templates which are available. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use confluence for meetings, and projects. Really convenient to share with others and using with multiple users on the same project.

Great extensibility
What do you like best? The store has a lot of add-ons. It makes for a pretty decent "wiki" solution. What do you dislike? So far, there is not much I dislike about the service. Easy to navigate
What do you like best? The application of fairly easy to navigate and is fairly customizable. What do you dislike? The search feature isn't as powerful at context as desired What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great and Pwerful tool to share knowledge with the organisation.
What do you like best? Watcher feature is cool. We can have separate spaces for each team. Articles can have comments, and the Q&A system is good to have. What do you dislike? Search is a pain. The more questions are asked in Q&A, the more difficult it becomes to find what you want, because it seems like questions are prioritized over stable doc pages. Search seems to default to "or" so searching for "product feature" will show you every article related to either "product" or ...

Useful but lacks navigation ease
What do you like best? I like the collaborative nature of the pages What do you dislike? I find navigation to be difficult -- the search function is not great and it's hard to access your favorite pages quickly. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are able to share valuable procedural information while keeping it up to date for everyone all the time.
