What do you like best? I love the way you can organize information, see updates of other projects on the team, and create different spaces. What do you dislike? Sometimes it can be difficult to navigate and figure out where to find what What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great place to collaborate and store shared information, meeting notes, calendars, etc.

Robust and easy to use but limited functionality

What do you like best? It's intuitive to use. We use it in leu of intranet for manage all marketing collateral and related sales training. You can create menus and easily upload material of all kinds. Limited but useful role base user management. What do you dislike? It has limited functionality. Robust features, confusing interface

What do you like best? I like that there's a lot I can do with confluence as far as an internal wiki. What do you dislike? I don't like that it is super confusing to use and I'm not sure where to put documentation, or attach files to Google drive. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It allows me to put procedures and such on an internal wiki, plus we use JIRA which integrates with it well.

What do you like best? The different article templates (ie, how-to, blog post, etc are very helpful, and the system is very easy to organize. What do you dislike?
