What do you like best? I love how we are able to document all of our tasks and project layouts in confluence and our staff can easily go in and see how to perform these tasks. What do you dislike? Great Collaboration Tool for Business, Navigation can be a bit difficult

What do you like best? The ability to add a page for basically anything you can think of. I also love the use of hyperlinking - we do this a lot with good docs and spreadsheets. It makes it SO easy to simply reference something on a page and then link to the actual content elsewhere. What do you like best? I love how I can keep all my documentation and collaborate with my team in this wiki. The plugins that integrate with other applications are highly useful. What do you dislike? When you search for something specific it pulls all the keywords and it can take up time looking for what you need. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Every meeting or tutorial are uploaded in confluence where people can access it at any time or day.
