What do you like best? Organize all work for my team easily. Attach files. Can quickly search using queries to find exactly what I need. Updating Jira tickets doesn't really propagate down from Epics to stories. Find myself copying and pasting a lot. Recommendations to others considering the product If you are good at ...

What do you like best? It provides a centralized location for technical documentation. It is an easy to use tool that allows for quick edits, new document creation and management. What do you dislike? The search feature isn't the best. Sometimes I will search for something and there are pages and pages to go thru. This could be due to the way our company has input data - sometimes we have docs all over the place. Recommendations to others considering the product Try it out - ...

Confluence is Jira's better cousin

What do you like best? Confluence is very easy to navigate and use, it's great to have all resources, files, conversations, meeting notes, diagrams for a project all in one place. Information is not kept in several locations which makes working on items much more efficient. What do you dislike? Once things are in place it's hard to move them. For the file structure I wish you could just click and drag the files if they are created in the wrong folders. Also if you delete a file ...
