Great tool, looking forward to seeing improvements

What do you like best? It is a great way to document and collaborate with cross functional teams. They try to make it easy to edit and collaborate but sometimes personalization can be diffuclt What do you dislike? Sometimes the site can be very clunky to work with. There are limitations to its rigid structure such as personalization. I wish there was a better FAQ or Tool help section. Anytime I google or search their library it really isn't helpful. Knowledge base for our business

What do you like best? Able to keep training materials in one place. We document work processes in Confluence, therefore if anyone need to look back on how to do certain things, they can use the system like a library. What do you dislike? The new layout, I still need to get used to it. Since the layout has changed it takes a bit longer to find documents that I have been using a lot previously, Recommendations to others considering the product Companies who struggle to share ...

Easy to navigate, clear layout - hard to search

What do you like best? The layout is very easy to read and to navigate. Collaboration and notifications are simple and relevant. Web-based means that there is no additional software to install. What do you dislike? Searching could use some improvement, I find myself not being able to find documents that I know exist. Our portal is behind the firewall which forces remote users to login via VPN to access the site. This should be a consideration for ease of use and security. ...

Sometimes there's difficulty allowing the editing of pages. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We have many different services and a wide knowledge base that our employees need to be aware of - this allows everyone to have that knowledge at our fingerprints in a private manner.

Great resource consolidation, but tough to navigate

What do you like best? Confluence is an awesome way to consolidate all resources for your team into one place. Also really nice for tracking historical issues and system improvements. What do you dislike? It's not really very easy to navigate the system. I wish there were an easier way to search the information in our confluence instance to find what I'm looking for. I often rely on other resources because the search algorithm is difficult to use. What business problems are you ...
