Great centralized information hub
What do you like best? it's a great way to quickly use a few keywords to pull up information about a wide variety of topics within the organization. What do you dislike? It can sometimes be difficult to navigate between pages because of a lack of maintenance on the used side. Great software that makes centralizing info easy
What do you like best? I love that Confluence offers so many templating options for creating spaces/pages. What do you dislike? I wish there were more options for creating graphs and charts in other languages. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It has helped my team have a centralized location for all the info we need to share, like certain protocols and organizational structures.

What do you like best? Documents writing. Architecture diagrams are easy to be described. What do you dislike? It"s online . Nothing offline to access. So many functionalities
What do you like best? Search, ability to categorize, notification settings. What do you dislike? This does so much, it's often hard to make your way around it. It takes awhile to learn, but once you do - it's amazing. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Centralized location for all documents and project management.

Integrates well with JIRA, but no collaborative editing
What do you like best? I like the fact that it is easy to embed interactive content in Confluence documents such as references to JIRA issues, JIRA filtered reports and status labels. I also found it useful to structure documents in a hierarchical tree as it makes it easy for other people to find documents. What do you dislike? Review of Confluence
What do you like best? The ease of use and maneuverability around the site. I also enjoy how you can tie Atlassian JIRA tickets to the actual Confluence page and vice versa. I also like how you can move certain pages from one section to another. This is very useful in being able to keep everything organized in a manner where things can be found easily.
