What do you like best? Confluence is pretty easy to manage separate pages for different groups. What do you dislike? Permissions can be confusing when assigning permissions to a space What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use confluence as a knowledgebase.

Endless Stream of Information, Hard to Navigate
What do you like best? I like that our teams have a place to update information and that everyone has access to the most updated versions of processes that are written up, guidelines, and archive information. What do you dislike? I feel like it is a bit hard and taxing to navigate. There are so many tabs and links in the left panel that is a bit confusing on where to go to get the exact info I am looking for. Great tool, easy to use, but new UI is annoying
What do you like best? So easy to use - writing an article and filing it is quick and painless which makes it easy to compile and sort all of your how to's. What do you dislike? They had a recent UI update and it's pretty universally hated (who moves a search bar to the left hand side?!?, but other than that it's great software and works really well. Confluence made it easy to have a central location for a knowledge base
What do you like best? I like how user friendly Confluence is. What do you dislike? Personally, I don't like the new layout. What business problems are you solving with the product? Great way to collaborate with team members
What do you like best? the ability to add a chart or columns in addition to visualization really makes this a great product What do you dislike? the ability to limit emails you receive when someone makes an update What business problems are you solving with the product? Love this project management tool
What do you like best? Everyone can edit and share documents in a more user friendly way than Google docs. What do you dislike? Finding documents can be a challenge sometimes if you don't know the title. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project management! Confluence in an incredibly user friendly team tool and is making my team a stronger one.

great tool for writing specifications and internal documentation
What do you like best? I love the collaborative features for our documentations, specifically the ability to comment and mention users. As of recently they even added ability to see other users typing while in edit mode, much like in Google Documents. I also like that it seamlessly integrates with Jira, which we use for development tracking. What do you dislike? They just recently changed the UI for the sidepanel and navigation, and I much prefer the older design. The search bar ...

What do you like best? it's easy to share files from clients and coworkers What do you dislike? There are repetitive pages, and my office does not put all files on there Recommendations to others considering the product It's great for quick file sharing and updates, especially for projects involving multiple departments What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? file sharing, it's easy to notify each other of new updates
