Endless Stream of Information, Hard to Navigate

What do you like best? I like that our teams have a place to update information and that everyone has access to the most updated versions of processes that are written up, guidelines, and archive information. What do you dislike? I feel like it is a bit hard and taxing to navigate. Great tool, easy to use, but new UI is annoying

What do you like best? So easy to use - writing an article and filing it is quick and painless which makes it easy to compile and sort all of your how to's. What do you dislike? They had a recent UI update and it's pretty universally hated (who moves a search bar to the left hand side?!?, but other than that it's great software and works really well. Love this project management tool

What do you like best? Everyone can edit and share documents in a more user friendly way than Google docs. What do you dislike? Finding documents can be a challenge sometimes if you don't know the title. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Project management! great tool for writing specifications and internal documentation

What do you like best? I love the collaborative features for our documentations, specifically the ability to comment and mention users. As of recently they even added ability to see other users typing while in edit mode, much like in Google Documents. I also like that it seamlessly integrates with Jira, which we use for development tracking. What do you dislike? They just recently changed the UI for the sidepanel and navigation, and I much prefer the older design. The search bar ...
