What do you like best? It's great for knowledge sharing and meeting notes taking. It can link to JIRA tickets and put actions into individuals. There are some amazing templates and search is very powerful. Handling external users and internal users permissions are very easy. The mobile app is great and easy to use. What do you like best? It's intuitive and easy to use from the beginning. I was able to bypass all the tutorial videos and get on fine. What do you dislike? It's not always clear where things are. Takes me a few seconds to find buttons. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? My project uses it for status reports
