We use a plug in to avoid this. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use Confluence to gather and document Confluence. We've seen quicker turn around time with our tickets.

Confluence

What do you like best? We also use JIRA as our software development life cycle tool (both Confluence & JIRA are Atlassian products, which allows you to easily create JIRA issues from Confluence documentation. What do you dislike? It would be nice if as a site administrator you could undo restricted pages created by users. I am not sure the best way to approach this, but if/when people leave an organization and they have created restricted pages, there is no way to access those unless ...
