I also like how it is similar to google docs and you can easily see who edits different things and you can format it however you like. What do you dislike? I dislike that you need plug ins to get the best usage of confluence. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Confluence is a great tool to store project findings, if you can get the rest of your team to use it
