Confluence is used at my company to better help explain different tasks.
What do you like best? I like how it is easy to navigate and editable. I also like how it is similar to google docs and you can easily see who edits different things and you can format it however you like. What do you dislike? I dislike that you need plug ins to get the best usage of confluence. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I'm solving problems that involve getting communication across to employees in different departments.

Confluence is a great tool to store project findings, if you can get the rest of your team to use it
What do you like best? I like how it is easy to access from anywhere. I can get to confluence no matter where I am at the time, or from what device I have with me. I love its integration with Jira, as we use that for project ticketing. I love how configurable it is, so that you can really make a document clean and easy to read, with build in navigation. Confluence is a great documentation tool for teams using Atlassian tools

Good tool for sharing information
What do you like best? The ability to share and organize information between many teams is great. I like the organizational-tree structure of pages. What do you dislike? There is a large gap in the ability to report on information, contributions and usage. I do not like that I cannot track who on the team is contributing to Confluence. Great and easy to use
What do you like best? It's easy to use and convenient for group projects What do you dislike? sometimes get glitches and the software can be hard to set up without having errors. . I think they need to work out the kinks so that getting it going with everyone involved is a bit easier. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? If I never had to use it again it would be too soon
What do you like best? It's easy to share the link with people, once you've spent way too much time putting info on the site. What do you dislike? It's basic, the interface is outdated, the look is outdated, it's all around just a clunky piece of software to use. Great for customizing training content but has limitations
What do you like best? Include page features, redirecting content to other relevant pages within a space What do you dislike? outdated information that lingers forever. Lack of more layout templates. TOC feature is awful What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Distributing Training and new information and making it available to all employees.
