Easy to use, some things too difficult

What do you like best? I like how everything can be organized into certain groups and easily identifiable based on how we want to organize. It's pretty easy to maintain, but some things are a little tricky to find. The editing function is really easy to use, but it is also basic functionality so I would say it's not for those who are looking to do a lot in their editing functions. Great Collaboration and Requirements Gathering Tool

What do you like best? The default template is usable. It works for simpler requirements. Adding or modifying templates is also very easy. What do you dislike? Lack of workflow design capability. We would like the ability to create workflows and user stories from within Confluence. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? It's extremely easy to get a quick page up on your personal space. The built-in editing tools are top notch and give you plenty of options for formatting, including nice code formatting options. The ability to watch pages is very feature-rich.
