It works ok for some things, but needs updating

What do you like best? It's worked well for knowledge base type stuff, but we just ended up moving mostly to Google or Dropbox. What do you dislike? Site needs updating. It feels pretty out of date. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Knowledge base

You can use Confluence for multiple projects

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? Great app to discard and link user stories. It offers template so you can design test format, user stories, articles, share link, MOM and Retrospective. The search engine has Ajax technology and this makes the app to be user friendly and to easily find tickets you need. I like the integration with Confluence and Jira. It allows me to easily write user-stories and to accept criteria. What aspects are problematic or could work ...

Good and better as there’s room for improvement

What do you like best? History of the documents How users can see who changed the doc, when the change was and what is changed. What do you dislike? Formatting Transferring from word to confluence is a pain for formatting especially when there are images. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Sharing user manuals with the department

Documents Made Better

What do you like best? You can create, share, and collaborate on projects all in one place. Gives you a central place to keep your team's work organized and accessible, making it easier to find the information needed to keep work moving forward. What do you dislike? It's not that easy to manage, too many alternatives so gives too many options. Too many options are not always a good thing. Recommendations to others considering the product This software is a content collaboration ...

Great for team notes, not too searchable/organizeable

What do you like best? I love that we can real time collaborate with an Account Team for call notes. Love being able to embed Google Docs as well. What do you dislike? Search function and organization is not optimal. I also use Evernote for note taking and prefer to take my initial notes there. I can organize my notes in their own notebooks - and I wish that there were better options for taking notes in Confluence when I don't want to create an entire new page. What business problems ...

Great tool for office collaboration

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? In my opinion, Confluence is basically a wiki that you can use for your company. I use the app to write guides that can be used by different units in our company. I really like this software and recommend it to everybody. What aspects are problematic or could work better? I have no complaints. The only small glitch is about the formatting which the vendor can improve to make it similar to a forum. This is because it is difficult ...
