What do you like best? I like the tagging elements so you can notify people when they'r comments are needed. I also like the follow/watch element for periodic updates on key items. What do you dislike? It can be a bit of trouble to navigate around if you don't know exactly where you want to go or the topic you want to find. Easy collaboration tool
What do you like best? Make pages to share with colleagues with real easy. What do you dislike? Sometimes format (for example bullets and indentation are not easy to manipulate, especially when there is macro used together. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Recording all business discussion and publishing to wider audience so that people can be on top of topics.

Easy-to-use collaborative tool, perfect for larger company use.
What do you like best? Love the fact that it ties in perfectly both with JIRA ticketing system and with Google drive. What do you dislike? Was overwhelming at first- all of the flexibility and functionality took a while to learn. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Program management- running large scale cross team projects. Easy to sync with calendars and have multiple contributors/comments.

What do you like best? Confluence has many ways to make a page unique to a specific team. What do you dislike? In my use of Confluence for shared documents with other teams, it was difficult to track changes made to a document by other teams, like other document sharing programs. What do you like best? It's easy to make updates and review. It's basically like Wikipedia only with our work stuff. What do you dislike? The overall table of contents can be difficult to navigate, and the search engine isn't the greatest. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Documentation for important team things and lots of "how to's"

Good way to organize information in the workplace

What benefits have you realized? Document organization. A central place to store, notes, documents, and information that others can collaborate and edit.
