Collaboration Your Way

What do you like best? The ability to design our own templates to carry over multiple times. I can create one template for product requirements and then every time I have new prod requirements, I can just copy the template and fill in the new details. What do you dislike? I can't link dynamic values between pages. I can link two pages, but can't populate a value from one to another (i.e. project budget. I have to type that in twice. What business problems are you solving with the ...

Documents well organized

What do you like best? Automatic save functionality. Good JIRA integration. Possibility to organize and re-organize pages in a tree structure. What do you dislike? Automatic notifications when somebody makes even minor changes to some of the documents. Great Wiki to integrate with JIRA

What do you like best? Confluence integrates very well with JIRA and our projects. We keep confluence as the central repository for all our processes and are able to break up projects into separate spaces with their own permissions. What do you dislike? It's not very intuitive and can take a little time for new users to get up to speed. Integrations are not well supported and many are paid. I wish it supported more built-in text renderers, like markup. What business problems are you ...

Although the software was first used by our product and dev teams, our marketing team has transitioned over so everyone in the company can work off of one system. You can customize your workflow and projects settings however you like and the add-ons make anything possible. What aspects are problematic or could work better? Along with the ability to ...
