Confluence is solid - I'm happy with it

What do you like best? Its very easy to use, intuitive, clean. What do you dislike? sometimes it goes down which is not useful since we rely on it so much. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We use it to spread information internally, keep things organized, have a central location to store information, training, etc.

Clunky cloud-based software for file sharing/team spaces

What do you like best? Allows you to have multiple projects/multiple team spaces to house content and information.
