A fantastic place for documentation

What do you like best? I LOVE the product. The way you can store entire projects worth of documentation is amazing What do you dislike? The file storage solution isn't great, though I understand that's not what Confluence is for. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Across several teams, we've created a central repository for documentation so that anybody can see our policies and standards.
