My workplace uses it for collaborating online

What do you like best? I like what it serves as a function. It helps the team collaborate more efficiently. What do you dislike? I don't like the appearance of it. When I first started using it, it was a little confusing What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? The benefits are having people together in one place online even when people are from out of state.

Great for Project Management, but clunky

What do you like best? I liked having up to date information on files and programs. It is always current and makes things much better in that regard. What do you dislike? I found it very clunky. In other words, I found it difficult to use and not at all intuitive. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We used it for project management and IT projects (which it is ideally suited for!

good for big projects

What do you like best? Great for keeping big teams on the same page and individuals with their assigned tasks. With big projects it's really easy to lose details, and having the email threads visible in the interface so everybody can see the questions and answers is really helpful. What do you dislike? Confluence - somewhat great and somewhat not so good

What do you like best? Confluence is easy to use as in creating spaces, pages, index and such. It has multiple gadgets that help enhance the usability. Concurrent editing - couple of people can edit the same page and see live what the others are doing. What do you dislike? The search in Confluence needs a major make-over. It´s often hard to find what you are looking. My way around it is to use a preface, for example all process pages have "Process:" at the beginning of the title. The ...

What do you like best? I find that it is easy to use, customize and edit. We were really able to streamline a lot of processes for our company. What do you dislike? As a general user, there isn't anything I dislike. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Confluence is like an internal wiki. It has a list of pages and archives from which I learn a lot. What do you like best? Confluence is an easy to use way to share documents, notes, information amongst colleagues. What do you dislike?
