Great help for collaborating projects

What do you like best? Confluence is an amazing software for working in a group project. It has Jira for tracking the issues. Team calender's are very useful to meet deadlines which becomes very important in a group project. Project documentations can be prepared very well because of page designs and layouts. This product is very helpful to collaborate with different departments in multiple projects.

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's a great tool for project management. I like the best that you can tag specific people and specific departments that should be involve in an ongoing project or that need to take an immediate action. it's also very simple to share documents with different departments. What do you like best? Confluence allows our team and company to collaborate effectively. Its simple to use and improves our productivity. Integrates well into other services - when done right

PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? As a company we use JIRA, Confluence and Hipchat. All these services work pretty well together but I believe it requires some work to get them all working well.
