Great tool for knowledge share
What do you like best? Notifications that document has been updated. What do you dislike? Easy to create disorganization and out of date pages. Recommendations to others considering the product Organization is key What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Documentation for cross functional teams. We’ve realized a lot of config information and knowledge transfer.

Serves its purpose of a centralized company wiki
What do you like best? I like that there's a central location for documentation What do you dislike? Search! The search is pretty awful - it doesn't pull up all relevant articles and those that are relevant might not be timely. What business problems are you solving with the product? Does Exactly What You Need It To Do
What do you like best? Confluence is a great tool to share documentation across an organization. What do you dislike? The UI could use an update or a refresh, but it loads fast and is easy to navigate. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Great help for collaborating projects
What do you like best? Confluence is an amazing software for working in a group project. It has Jira for tracking the issues. Team calender's are very useful to meet deadlines which becomes very important in a group project. Project documentations can be prepared very well because of page designs and layouts. Its works as expected
What do you like best? I use confluence to share data between teams. It integrates nicely with all my other apps such as HipChat What do you dislike? it feels archaic. I also like fat clients and not just web based apps. Recommendations to others considering the product Do your due diligence. This product is very helpful to collaborate with different departments in multiple projects.
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? It's a great tool for project management. I like the best that you can tag specific people and specific departments that should be involve in an ongoing project or that need to take an immediate action. it's also very simple to share documents with different departments. Confluence rocks
What do you like best? Confluence allows our team and company to collaborate effectively. Its simple to use and improves our productivity. Integrates well into other services - when done right
PROS & CONS What are the best aspects of this product? As a company we use JIRA, Confluence and Hipchat. All these services work pretty well together but I believe it requires some work to get them all working well.
