Flexible hub for documentation and collaboration
What do you like best? The editing tools have allowed my organization to really make it our own. There's spaces for all of our work, and each department has been able to use it for things like weekly meetings up to project management. What do you dislike? Great for Collaboration
What do you like best? Real time updates from collaborators makes things convenient, but it can also be hard to save the document you are working on if someone else is editing at the same time What do you dislike? When the projects get really big, it becomes hard to navigate through all the pages. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It benefits the transparency of business operations in all departments.

What do you like best? Confluence is good to have along with JIRA to track, manage and communicate requirements, project control documentation with stakeholders perfectly. It is easy for technical and non-technical users. Users can use this tool the meeting follow up, minutes.
