Good organization tool

What do you like best? I like the idea of spaces for different team members, as well as the overall team. It is easy to navigate a tree structure to drill down with more details as needed. Additionally, you can track changes, make comments, review changes, and get notified when someone updates something. The tool is also easily searchable. What do you dislike? Great tool for documenting processes, planning and internal communications

What do you like best? The best feature for Confluence is the ability to create difference spaces for different groups or teams. For instance, you can have separate knowledge bases for marketing, sales and developers. What do you dislike? I'm not a big fan of the UI, I feel like it could be organized better. Wikipedia for Internal Teams

What do you like best? Integration with JIRA & easy page linking. What do you dislike? Limited table design/editing, archived pages remain visible in subpage trees and are not obviously labeled as an archived page. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Knowledge sharing and process implementation/improvements. I have been able to easily update processes and share information in an easy to find location.

Good for onboarding employees

What do you like best? I like the fact that you can create different sub-pages that link to other pages. What do you dislike? I think the formatting can be improved. It's not as easy to customize tables and charts. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Onboarding employees with standard information and historical context is helpful - it's easy to direct people to different pages and update info as needed.
