It also allows managers to review and share feedback What do you dislike? No real downsides. Every issue we have experienced in our use was quickly resolved by referencing online FAQ's and forums. Recommendations to others considering the product Dive and and learn the tool fully. There are some great resources out there to ...

Great collab software
What do you like best? It's great to see the tracking of changes from other users and yourself. Confluence is like Google Docs but better! It syncs up with Jira which is super helpful when you're linking things together. What do you dislike? The layout looks kinda boring. I"m not into fashion by any means but it would be nice to have other colors than boring grey. The software itself is great and I have no complaints, this is purely a cosmetic issue. Recommendations to others ...

Incredibly powerful tool, but can feel overwhelming to get started if you're unfamiliar
What do you like best? Confluence is a great hub for all knowledge-base content, internal documentation, wikis, internal blogging, and so much more. What do you dislike? It can feel overwhelming to get new spaces jumpstarted. We are still in the early stages of taking full advantage of Confluence despite using JIRA for over 3 years now. Creating spaces and moving content between those spaces is not an easy task, but once organized, it is a breeze. Recommendations to others considering ...

Confluence is great!
What do you like best? Confluence is great software. It flows smoothly and it is very easy to do and find what you were looking for. I would highly recommend it to anyone in my industry. What do you dislike? There is a lot to learn. I am still relatively new to it but I am learning. It’s nothing that I dislike per se but it’s a learning curve like any other software. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Are used to solve ...

Ubiquitous, good enough, integrates with JIRA
What do you like best? Convenient collaboration among coworkers, having good feedback mechanisms and integration with JIRA What do you dislike? Easy to create chaos of too many docs, and lose the content you're looking for. Can't find related content well. Especially with projects where several people have created documents over years, you wind up with a swamp. Need help creating an information architecture. Recommendations to others considering the product Look at using it with ...
