Great collab software

What do you like best? It's great to see the tracking of changes from other users and yourself. Confluence is like Google Docs but better! It syncs up with Jira which is super helpful when you're linking things together. What do you dislike? The layout looks kinda boring. Incredibly powerful tool, but can feel overwhelming to get started if you're unfamiliar

What do you like best? Confluence is a great hub for all knowledge-base content, internal documentation, wikis, internal blogging, and so much more. What do you dislike? It can feel overwhelming to get new spaces jumpstarted. We are still in the early stages of taking full advantage of Confluence despite using JIRA for over 3 years now.
