Great if you are using Jira otherwise average
What do you like best? It’s great if you are using Jira. You can connect tickets for release notes and project planning that way. There is also a handy gliffy plugin. What do you dislike? Creating pages in the right spot is not super intuitive What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Searchable product documentation to help employees self serve

Very functioning collaborative documentation tool
What do you like best? Comparing to Wiki, Confluence is more project or team oriented and well integrated with JIRA. This means you might expect documents being organized with hierarchy and metadata such as team, project, program, organization, etc. This is a major advantage but also you have to manage the metadata well as you have more documents in the tool, otherwise some will get lost or become garbage document. Flexible and easy to use Wiki solution
What do you like best? I like that it is ready to use for basic wiki needs. Plugins allow for some connectivity to other data sources and it's integrated (somewhat with Atlassian's other products such as JIRA and HipChat. What do you dislike? Integrations with JIRA could be improved to include deep linking to content in pages and within issues. Markdown is limited; a real bummer when trying to create a page with formatting beyond a simple bulleted list. What business problems are ...

Confluence integrates well with other internal apps
What do you like best? I like how Confluence is bundled with other like apps from the Atlassian product sweet. They work well together to provide information across the company. What do you dislike? Great tool for multiple uses
What do you like best? Confluent allows you to store update maintain and track data. What do you dislike? I haven't really ran into anything I dislike except I've subscribed to a lot of updates from different departments and receive a lot of emails which I can't get through in one day. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We're able to store information that everybody can share to ensure no one is working on the same thing.

Confluence - Easy peasy

Confluence is a great tool for sharing information
What do you like best? My colleagues and I use Confluence mainly to display/share Tableau dashboards. Confluence makes it very easy to integrate Tableau into pages What do you dislike?
