Great for keeping record
What do you like best? I like that its an all in one place where an organization can put documentation, notes and generally anything that needs to be accessible by one or many people. People can edit pages and you can comment generally anywhere. Confluence has a "questions" section which allows users to ask questions and others to answer. Like an internal stackoverflow. What do you dislike? Sometimes I feel like it has limitations or things you might expect, but its easier said ...

Great for Collaboration
What do you like best? Confluence is really easy to use and share with others. What do you dislike? Perhaps the only thing I dont really care for about Confluence is that only Admins can create spaces. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We switched from Sharepoint to Confluence to have KB articles, and articles in general. It's MUCH easier and friendlier to use, and you can create some really great looking pages. And organizing ...

Very useful tool in your Agile environment
What do you like best? How easily team can collaborate on the documents and share insights. Much better integrated than SharePoint. It does help if you have all the teams move to one solution. In our case we used grass root approach and it worked, however not all the teams have adopted this tool. What do you dislike? So far nothing. we do have a security concern about how much private information can be posted there. Recommendations to others considering the product It helps if all ...

From calendars, to specs, procedural documentation, and style-guide type documents, this is a great web based resource. What do you dislike? Sometimes navigation can be a bit tricky for new users, but you get used to it. Recommendations to others considering the product Establish best practices and keep your resource clean from unrelated and outdated information. What business ...

Good Place to Share Work
What do you like best? We are able to share our final approved drafts in a space that all can get to it. What do you dislike? I know there are advanced features that I am not using. I also wish it was easier to edit tables. Recommendations to others considering the product There are a lot of features, so training is very important. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are using it as a place to archive our files, update ...

Collaborative tool
What do you like best? Helpful when creating a product manual for a client. Nice that there are public and private features. Syntax highlighting was helpful. Video embedding. What do you dislike? Though the syntax highlighting was helpful, sometimes characters would be off. Moving around pages was not very easy. Recommendations to others considering the product Try out the trial and see how the atlassian products work together. If committing to Atlassian then this product is ...
