Good enough
What do you like best? Pretty easy to create, find, and manage content. What do you dislike? UI is not the most beautiful or clean. Editing pages can feel clunky. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Creating an internal wiki. We share a lot of knowledge this way.

A great place for real time collaboration
What do you like best? High-functionality, collaborative working environment. The apps add a ton of functionality-my favorites are SQL and table filters. What do you dislike? The formatting can be kind of clunky. Moving text in and out of confluence from other platforms isn't always 1:1. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? High-paced collaboration on problem solving and communication of meeting notes, project plans, etc

Confluence works great, with the right setup
What do you like best? We use it as a central hub in our office. A page that receives daily updates, links to other tools that are used on a daily basis, and access to HR resources, work instructions, etc. I like that capability and that idea that confluence can be that. What do you dislike? I dislike that we don't use it for more and part of that comes from the price and the other part comes from being stuck on the older version of it. So I guess I don't like the older version (maybe ...

Great repository for all work related documents
What do you like best? Confluence space is like a white board and can be used for almost anything. Include diagrams, tables, plug in JIRA reports, create dashboard etc. What do you dislike? Easy to abuse the space and make it clutter - not necessarily the tools problem. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Single place to archive all important documents and provide clear visibility to all users.

Perfectly fine Wiki tool
What do you like best? If you're already using Jira, it's a convenient add-on Wiki for internal documentation. Straightforward, really no learning curve. What do you dislike? Not much to really love or dislike! It's a pretty straightforward, simple tool. Some annoying email notifications (i.e. 'digests' of 'popular' things that have nothing to do with your area or team. What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Our engineering teams ...

Confluence Review
What do you like best? You can post a lot of pages and information. We also use it for our JIRA service which works really well. What do you dislike? Pretty much all of it. It's not an attractive looking site, it is not easy to search or navigate. My company uses it to post a lot of information regarding our software, updates, etc... I have to book mark the pages they link to me directly, because I know if I close out of it and try to go back into confluence and find it, it will be ...
