"Great experience for students and advisers alike."

What do you like best about ConexED? The scheduling feature is excellent and allows students to specify why they want to meet in addition to scheduling at the appropriate time based on calendar availability. What do you dislike about ConexED? Not applicable, everything has worked well. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? Calendar syncing is intermittent, an important feature.

"Responsive and Flexible"

What do you like best about ConexED? The people at ConexEd are working hard to meet our needs and help us solve the problems that we are facing. This is our first time using this software and we are slightly unsure of how to best use the software and its other features. Because of that we are running into a few problems. What do you like best about ConexED? I loved using this for scheduling appointments for students with our Advising department! It was easy to use and intuitive. What do you dislike about ConexED? There were some features that didn't mesh well with our needs. Specifically, we used the chat system to communicate with multiple departments, and only one person could log into the unique log in at once. We needed to have two people on at some points. "It has great so far"

What do you like best about ConexED? I want a feedback section of the tutors. It can help the tutors to analyze their strengths and weaknesses and accordingly the tutors can change their style of tutoring for effective results for both the tutor and students. What do you dislike about ConexED? Nothing so far. Everything is great as of now. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? Benefits of getting email notifications of appointments are great.

What do you like best about ConexED? Student have really enjoyed being able to have access to counselors in the comfort of their homes. What do you dislike about ConexED? I haven't run into anything I don't like yet. It has been super easy to navigate the system. "Not the easiest to navigate, always glitching"

What do you like best about ConexED? Scheduling availability is the most helpful. What do you dislike about ConexED? ConexEd glitches a lot, we've had issues with double bookings or student appointments not being confirmed on both ends. Never saves email preferences after checking with the company. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? Students are usually able to make appointments with coaches but have to be cautious when the system is not working.

What do you like best about ConexED? The ease of use for students is the best selling point for ConexED. The login for students is exceptionally easy using SSO, and seeing counseling availability and scheduling an appointment is as easy as making a few clicks of a mouse. The ability to customize a card and embed it various places is really convenient as well, as the reach to online students is greatly increased with that added visibility.
