What do you like best about ConexED? ConexED has a responsive, dedicated team that really listens to user feedback. We had plenty of growing pains when we switched from our previous scheduling platform to ConexED, but Heather Lund and the rest of the ConexED team were quick to find resolutions or work-arounds until upgrades could be made. "Great for virtual office hours."

What do you like best about ConexED? I like that each video is archived, captioned, and I’m able to publish these and put this into canvas. The canvas integration is what sets them apart What do you dislike about ConexED? Zoom is easier to add multiple videos. I’ve had issues with cafe, but if these issues were fixed I would use it more. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? Public speaking online is now more feasible with live video stream and recorded video sessions

"Great experience for students and advisers alike."

What do you like best about ConexED? The scheduling feature is excellent and allows students to specify why they want to meet in addition to scheduling at the appropriate time based on calendar availability. What do you dislike about ConexED? Not applicable, everything has worked well. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? Calendar syncing is intermittent, an important feature.

What do you like best about ConexED? I loved using this for scheduling appointments for students with our Advising department! It was easy to use and intuitive. What do you dislike about ConexED? There were some features that didn't mesh well with our needs. Specifically, we used the chat system to communicate with multiple departments, and only one person could log into the unique log in at once. We needed to have two people on at some points. What do you like best about ConexED? The ease of use for students is the best selling point for ConexED. The login for students is exceptionally easy using SSO, and seeing counseling availability and scheduling an appointment is as easy as making a few clicks of a mouse. The ability to customize a card and embed it various places is really convenient as well, as the reach to online students is greatly increased with that added visibility. What do you like best about ConexED? The ConexED folks have been extremely responsive with questions or issues that arise. They worked with us to get their information into our ERP system perfectly. What do you dislike about ConexED? Some of the interface ideas could be challenging. New features like the kiosk system could be useful is separated out of the "locations" generated.
