"Great for virtual office hours."

What do you like best about ConexED? I like that each video is archived, captioned, and I’m able to publish these and put this into canvas. The canvas integration is what sets them apart What do you dislike about ConexED? Zoom is easier to add multiple videos. I’ve had issues with cafe, but if these issues were fixed I would use it more. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? Public speaking online is now more feasible with live video stream and recorded video sessions

I like how we are able to get one on one interaction with students as real as possible while being long distance. it helps the students feel like they can rely on the resource from the school and it allows counselors to help more students. What do you like best about ConexED? Student have really enjoyed being able to have access to counselors in the comfort of their homes. What do you dislike about ConexED? I haven't run into anything I don't like yet. It has been super easy to navigate the system. What do you like best about ConexED? I want a feedback section of the tutors. It can help the tutors to analyze their strengths and weaknesses and accordingly the tutors can change their style of tutoring for effective results for both the tutor and students. What do you dislike about ConexED? Nothing so far. Everything is great as of now. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? Benefits of getting email notifications of appointments are great.

"I like using Conexed"

What do you like best about ConexED? I like being able to log on from anywhere to access my schedule, change it, and view my upcoming appointments. I like how it work seamlessly with Cranium Cafe. I also like the responsiveness of the company when issues arise or when we have recommendations for enhancements. What do you dislike about ConexED? There is a bit of excessive clicking sometimes. What do you like best about ConexED? It helps to keep track of students and there is a text message feature to allow our front desk staff to contact students. What do you dislike about ConexED? Sometimes it takes while for students to be uploaded into system. What problems is ConexED solving and how is that benefiting you? Tracking of students, identifying notes, and automatic credit for services completed.

"A Company Planner that is Helpful for All"

What do you like best about ConexED? I like the ability to see everyone's schedule and an easy way to contact them all in one period. I feel that having all the employees on one network is so helpful. I also love how easy it is for the way ConexED shares its information with other calendar apps that I have. "Great Features Added Often with Amazing Support"

What do you like best about ConexED? The ConexED folks have been extremely responsive with questions or issues that arise. They worked with us to get their information into our ERP system perfectly. What do you dislike about ConexED? Some of the interface ideas could be challenging. New features like the kiosk system could be useful is separated out of the "locations" generated.
