What do you like best about Codility? I saw many of the coding review questions that I solved during my interviews, but once solving it again with Codility required taking care of extra effeciency: huge test cases would fail even though the correctness of the solution.

What do you like best about Codility? We have been using Codility as part of our interview process and it has been an easy way to verify candidates' technical abilities. It is clear when there may be any copy/paste events or possible cheating instances. Instructions are simple and thorough and we have yet to have any issues.
