"Code challenges made easy"

What do you like best about Codility? I like to play the candidate's execution forward (and backward) and see where they got stuck or how they refactored their initial code. I also use the code challenge solutions in the rest of the interview process, especially if they made some mistakes, so I can also see how they react to feedback.

What do you like best about Codility? Very easy to use for both creating tests, and for the candidates to access them. It's convenient to have the ability to choose between predesigned tests, or construct them from the ground up as needed.

What do you like best about Codility? Quick and easy to administer. Watching playback on candidates answering questions is great to see their thought processes.

What do you like best about Codility? My favorite 3 features are - 1. The code replay. This feature allows to replay how the candidate arrived at the solution. Using this feature you tell so much about the candidate and his problem solving approach. A lot of times we have seen candidates struggles with the solution, then there is a pause (may be google the solution) and then move forward. Or sometime they just copy paste a solution and rename the variables.
