What do you like best about CoderPad? Just recently they added a new feature - video recording when the applicant leaves the coding environment. That way recruiters can easily see how much time the applicant spent coding each task, and how many times he left the environment (and for how long he was gone). That is super interesting and very useful.

What do you like best about CoderPad? I like the way they managed to develop both a platform for developers where we can test our skills, but also a software where recruiters can assess how good we are, with a neat and well developed interface.

"A great tool for remote hiring"
What do you like best about CoderPad? very easy to setup campaigns with relevant questions and exercises, and very easy to track candidates. In COVID era we are facing the challenge to hire candidates remotely, and we missed a way to perform a good technical assessment not being in the same room with the candidate. Codingame is the perfect fit for that.
