"Good Psychometric Assessment, but time for answers is not balanced for easy and hard questions"
What do you like best about CoderPad? I liked the challenging questions. Where you can apply logic, I didn't like questions where you need to guess why there are certain shapes and numbers displayed

What do you like best about CoderPad? What I do like the best, as VP of engineering, is the candidates' exam platform. It makes my life easier. The ready-to-go tests are fantastic and the report is really valuable, it is giving me a very solid starting point to survey a candidate for a new position.

What do you like best about CoderPad? We use the CodinGame online tool in our hiring to screen job applicants - developers who want to work for our company. Everything is very simple, setting up an online test is easy, as is inviting candidates. Setting up an email invitation and expiring after 14 days is good.
