A special thanks to the customer service rep/engineer (Mr. Salim). You are the best. Your customer service skills are outstanding. This is my first time to try cloudways and I can completely say "bye" to all the hosting/server issues I have been having in the past.... All problems solved in no time... After being cheated by dreamhost private servers for so many years, I am now on Cloudways which is the best hosting company that I tried, among more than 20 hosting tested. Cloudways is by far the best hosting…
Cloudways is by far the best hosting platform for WordPress websites. You can easily duplicate applications, adjust server settings and manage credentials. All features aside, the main reason I stick with and shout Cloudways from the rooftops is their tech support. Any issue is resolved within minutes via their online chat and it's a real human who actually does technical work. Highly recommend.

Excellent Service
I had a thorny issue with how I had organized my sites and I thought I had lost my work. Deepak patiently worked (well over 30 minutes) with me with persistence and was able to correctly analyze the situation and then provided a solution. So my site got completely restored. It was great service. Thank you.
