I contacted Cloudways support team because I had a technical issue with my website. I was put in contact with Sidra after 10 seconds of asking for a person in the support chat. She was able to instantly understand the issue and what needed to be done to fix it. She pointed me to some knowledge articles on how to fix the issue. FANTASTIC SUPPORT
FANTASTIC SUPPORT! Abdur was our engineer when our site was having conflicts with plugins. He was fantastic. We were able to restore a previous server backup from a few days earlier and it fixed the issue altogether. Abur helped us through the whole process and he is an excellent support engineer. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND CLOUDWAYS.
