Cloudways is Flexible
Almost every time I've reached out to Cloudways' chat support, someone has gone above and beyond to help me resolve an issue. Whether they were helping me troubleshoot .htaccess, or install a developer quality-of-life package, the support has been exceptional.

Support was super helpful and patient
Support was super helpful and patient, and got to the bottom of a thorny config problem that I was blaming on Cloudways server, and it turned out that the problem was in Cloudflare, but they guessed it anyway. I never could have solved it on my own! And they didn't tease me about my mistake, either.

First of all, I would like to thank Yashwin for helping me. The SSL certificate was not working properly, and the website was immediately fixed for a very slow access time. To explain in detail, there was a problem that when you type in the domain without writing https:// or http://, you could not connect to http:// or access the website at all. But Yashwin solved it. He waited for me even though I was away for a long time, and he solved the problem exactly. He must be a competent man.
