What do you like best about Cloudways? That you don't have to manage your own Server and get it updated yourself. They do it for you. So far I had hardly any downtime. Features are easy to access and control. The web integration is done well.

I have always loved working with the Cloudways technical support team. I feel like when I get an alert from higher traffic coming to a website. I worked with the Technical team at Cloudways and they checked and verified that we were fine and not being DDos attacked. They are proactive and amazing.
