Syeda was able to confirm my suspicion regarding a false positive on an alert I received regarding auto-renew on an SSL certificate. It appears as though everything is working correctly. I really appreciate how thorough Cloudways is, and that I get notices about potential issues, versus having to respond to problems after the fact like I did with other hosting companies.
