Excellent support
Excellent support from team and Account Manager. Migrated from other hosting to Cloudways and they made it so easy to migrate and assist in Go live. Besides team who are providing support instantly, Accounts Manager Mr. Emmad Abbasi was always there to guide and assist anytime of the day. He went out of his way to help us Go live when we faced issues related to our domain. His expertise is invaluable.

I always receive fast, efficient support!
I always receive fast, efficient technical support from Cloudways. They do a great job. At times, support (in my opinion) even over-delivers which is almost unheard of today.

Cloudways hosting is incredible
Cloudways hosting is incredible, but their support is top notch. I ran support for a global hosting company 15 years ago and I'd have killed to hire the talent that Cloudways hires. They're helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and speak fluent English. I've not had a bad experience with their support in the 2 years I've been with them!
