Great, Fast & Proactive Support
I was having some issues with one of my WordPress sites causing my server's CPU to spike to 100%. I reached out to Cloudways support via their chat and got connected to Areeb. He was super helpful, informative and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond by taking initiative to solve the problem for me! Could not have asked for a better support rep or outcome. The problem was resolved and he shared what was happening along the way to resolve it. Great Job!
