Quick billing assistance
I worked with Sajjad Ahmad Khan to resolve a server upgrade issue. My new server was not large enough for my site, causing inaccessibility. Due to a upgrade limitation, I could not correct the problem myself. Thanks to Sajjad, I was able to remove the restriction, apply the needed credit to my account, and proceed with the server upgrade process. He was quick, helpful, and polite. Fantastic service.
