Best support technician on Cloudways
Reversed theme files for us from a backup that would normally be out of scope. Hamza is one of the best technicians that Cloudways have. Every time we get Hamza we feel somewhat relieved knowing that we are in safe hands and the issue will be resolved.

Best Support Team ever had
Best Support Team ever had. Real 24h support. Fast solving things and always going for the extra mile. We moved to Cloudways from CPanel Google Cloud servers and now all work cool for years. Team is great and technology keeps updated in a transparent way.

Customer support like this is rare
Have had support many times. I almost felt guilty for reaching out a lot. Every time support was polite and did their best to help me with issues since migrating my website. I would recommend cloudways to everyone I know that needs hosting!
